About Us

Our Founder, Dr.Chan worked in Motorola in the early 90's and has in depth experience in the application of Six Sigma.

Dr CO Chan has over 20 years of industrial, training and consultancy experience in the field of operations management. He worked with Motorola in the 1990s where he gained first hand perspective and intensive exposure in the application of Six Sigma and other quality system such as Kaizen. As an American Society of Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt for a Fortune 500 company, Dr Chan has trained over 300 Black Belts and consulted with many organizations in both manufacturing and service industries in China and Hong Kong.

He has trained over 100 Black Belts. Dr. Chan has over 18 years of industrial and academic experience and is a Chartered Engineer. He has extended experience in Six Sigma training and consultancy with many organizations in Hong Kong and China.

Besides, Dr. Chan have incorporate lean & Kaizen practices into an organization by applying relevant tools such as VSM, waste reduction to achieve a lean result. To name a few about the project, it includes inventory reduction of 20%, lead time reduction of 60% and delivery performance improvement of 30%.

Dr. Chan also have experience using BPM techniques to expand the value of enterprise receive from their ERP investments. He is also carrying out consultancy work with companies in South China region.

He holds a BSc(Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hong Kong, MSc and ME degree from Imperial College, University of London, UK and Sydney University in Australia respectively both in automation field. Recently, he obtained a doctorate degree from City University of Hong Kong in the field of Engineering Management.

Steve Chan has over 20 years of system development, project management, training and consultancy experience in the field of retail and manufacturing management. He worked in Avery Dennison HK in 1992 to 1997 where he obtained the hands-on working experience of ISO 9000 and Reengineering Projects. Mr. Chan worked as Senior IT Manager for implementing ERP and BI projects among Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dalian with both relevant technical and business consultancy.

Mr. Chan developed and implemented the business model for applying Six Sigma and BPI practices into organizations which were implementing SAP. It helped the organizations to streamline the internal business processes effectively for the implementation of SAP Systems and BPM Projects and to achieve the KPI of the companies successfully. With his both IT and BPI result-oriented deliverables, some of his clients are capable to implement ERP/SAP Project within the project budget and duration and achieve the company goals of inventory reduction, lead time reduction and delivery performance improvement.

He holds a BSc (Hon) degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong, MSc from Chinese University and the second MSc degree from Hong Kong University. He is studying a Doctorate degree from City University of Hong Kong in the field of Engineering Management. Mr. Chan also obtained the membership of the Chartered IT Professional of British Computer Society in 2000.

Ms. Wan is our Principal Consultant and Trainer. She has over 18 years local and regional experience in process re-engineering and service quality. Her experience in industry as an improvement specialist and internal consultant comes from working with various companies, including

Before Ms. Wan started AC&A, she has worked for DBS Bank (Hong Kong) where she gained extensive experience applying Six Sigma Methodologies to a variety of local and cross-regional processes and developed and coached Yellow Belts and Green Belts.

Ms. Wan walks her talk by leading Six Sigma regional projects and shares her experiences through trainings. She has led over 9 waves of Six Sigma Green Belt courses in
