Training

To
help you understand Six Sigma, a good place to begin is the roles
people play. GT¡¦s Six Sigma training programs prepare your organization's
candidates to fulfill the support roles of Black Belts, Green Belts,
Yellow Belts and Champion. While there are traditional responsibilities
outlined for these roles, GT can work with your deployment team
to integrate these roles into your business and tailor the training
to match. |

The
role is not yet standardized throughout industry
Unlike the Black Belt, the Green Belt may be dedicated to this role
part time
May lead projects that are smaller in scope or play the role of a
support person in a team led by a Black Belt
The role of Green Belts is a decision that should be developed early
in the organization's deployment plan. |
